Can’t keep silent on “commissions” in name of projects: Chinna

Making it clear that the Congress party was not against any Irrigation project in the state, Congress MLA G Chinna Reddy has said the Congress party was against the ‘commissions’ being collected from contractors in the name of projects.

Speaking to the media at Assembly Media Hall here on Tuesday, Chinna Reddy alleged that the TRS government was looting thousands of crores of public exchequer along with contractors. The government was increasing the estimations of the Palamuru-Rangareddy without any link with the DPRs, he said. He suggested the Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao to stop spreading Gobles and made it clear that the Congress party will not keep quiet in case Harish Rao speaks as he wished. The government was not following the minimum protocol to the opposition leaders in the state, he said and alleged that the state government was behaving atrociously. He said that the TRS government was in fears that their true colours will come out if Congress MLAs starts speaking. (NSS)
