Lucknow: Over his remark “Narendra Modi is a bigger actor than me”, a case has been registered against actor Prakash Raj over the complaint by a Lucknow-based lawyer.
According to Deccan Chronicle, a Lucknow court ordered the registration of FIR on a complaint by a lawyer Sardar Parvinder Singh. The case has been listed for October 7.
Actor Prakash Raj, who is reportedly a close friend of Gauri Lankesh family had made headlines for his remark over PM Modi.

Raj had questioned the silence of the Prime Minister on the cold-blooded murder of journalist Gauri Lankesh. He also said that the Prime Minister and other leaders were acting as if nothing had happened despite their followers on the social media have celebrated the killing.
The actor was also quoted as saying that the Prime Minister was a better actor than him and he should give the acting awards he had won to the PM.
