Endowment Minister A Indrakaran Reddy today said that the common good fund has approved Rs 182 cr for construction of temples in several districts. He held a meeting of CGF at Secretariat here with officials. Reddy said that the CGF meeting has approved the funds for construction of the temples at identified districts. Releasing special guidelines to conduct Vedic schools, he directed the officials to complete the process of applications came for performing pujas in the temples.
He also said that the officials take up temple construction works at tribal areas. The minister asked to focus on new and old temples with needed steps.(NSS)
