CPI state secretary Chada Venkat Reddy has demanded the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to release subsidy through SC, ST, Minority Corporations for the 2015-16 financial year and prepare new action plan for the 2016-17 financial year as the youth were in a bewildered mood in the state as they didn’t get jobs.
Chada addressed a letter to the Chief Minister in this regard here on Friday. In his letter, Chada asked the Chief Minister to see that the funds allotted to the SC, ST and Minorities were not lapsed. He said that the government allotted Rs.500 crore as subsidy, but the same was not grounded by the banks. The beneficiaries were in total disappointment about it. He asked the Chief Minister to look into the matter seriously and do the needful immediately. (NSS)
