Chinese Government Scholarship Chinese University Program 2018 is a full scholarship for outstanding international students for postgraduate studies in China.
Students applying for the scholarship can register for either Chinese-taught program or English-taught program if applicable.
Who is offering this scholarship:
The Ministry of Education is offering this scholarship with an aim to support Chinese universities to enroll outstanding international students for postgraduate studies.
HUST is one of the higher education institutions designated to undertake this program.
Who can apply for this scholarship:
Candidate must be a citizen of a country other than P. R. China, and be in good health.
The age the candidate must not be more than 35 years when applying for master’s programs.
The age the candidate must not be more than 40 years when applying for doctoral programs.

What are the important dates:
Scholarship programs are only applicable for the 2018 autumn session.
The application starts from March 15th to April 30th.
The qualified candidates will be informed of the evaluation result in June.
The final list of scholarship winners will be published and winners will be notified from late June.
The official admission document will be delivered from early July.
