Hyderabad: The Circle Inspector of Police who was driving a car in drunken condition was caught during checking by SI of Police, Sadashiv Nagar. When he was inspected, it was noticed that he was in drunken state. SI of Police registered a case against him. The drunken inspector allegedly made an attempt to create hurdles for SI in discharging his official duties.
SP of Kamareddy, Ms. N. Sweta told that after registering a case against Mr. D. Krishna, Circle Inspector of Police, a report has been sent to Commissioner of Police, Nizamabad. All the details have been submitted to him.
Commissioner of Police, Nizamabad issued orders and transferred him.
It may be mentioned that at National Highway number 44, Sadashiv Nagar, a campaign was started to take action against the drivers who drive a car in drunken condition. The SI of police stopped the car of Mr. D. Krishna and found him in a drunken state. Mr. Krishna, CI of Police Darpally, misusing his powers created panic by indulging in heated arguments.
Later, the incident was reported to SP of Kamareddy.
