Former MP Ravindra Naik today alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was vengeful towards the tribal people and accused the latter of behaving like cruel Roman emperor Nero when they were agitating over their legitimate demands.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Saturday, Ravindra Naik charged the Chief Minister with creating differences between Lambadas and Adivasis without implementing ST reservations. He demanded that the State government order a judicial inquiry into the Adilabad incident. Accusing the Governor of remaining silent on the incident, he said they would lodge a complaint with the President in this regard. (NSS)
