CM directs officials to send 500 tons of rice to Kerala

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has instructed the officials concerned to send 500 tons of rice to Kerala State. The CM responded to the request of his Kerala counterpart and instructed the officials to supply rice to the flood victims.

The CM of Kerala has written a letter to KCR expressing his gratitude for offering Rs. 25 Cr, RO Machines, Balamrutham, a nutritious food. The officials of Kerala also expressed their gratefulness to the officials of Telangana Government. The Telangana officials reiterated that the CM has instructed them to offer any kind of help to Kerala. The officials of Kerala requested to help for the supply of Rice and the Chief Minister responded immediately.

CM spoke with Minister Eatala Rajender, Chief Secretary SK Joshi, Civil Supplies Corporation Commissioner Akun Sabarwal and instructed them to send 500 tons of rice to Kerala. The officials immediately arranged to send 500 tons of rice worth of rupees One Crore to Kerala.
