Hyderabad: The Government will take steps to strengthen TSRTC through a high power committee with experts and experienced persons, according to Transport Minister P Mahender Reddy.
After a review meeting with officials concerned he told media persons that a committee was appointed to study on strengthening the RTC and overcome losses. On submission of the report the government will implement the recommendations and make coordinated efforts he said. Reforms will be adopted to make complete changes followed by a study on subsidies and other steps being implemented in other states he said. Steps will be taken to increase occupancy ratio, provide improved services to all places and reduce losses he said.
