Congress activists celebrates Sonia Gandhi’s Birth Day on grand note

Congress party has organised AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi birth day celebrations across the state on grand note. The Congress party activists cut the cakes and distributed sweets. The activists also performed special poojas in temples and conducted Annadanam programs and distribution of fruits and milk and cloths in old-age homes.

In Khammam, MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy distributed fruits in Jeevana Sandhya Old Age Home. He inaugurated Health Camp organised by the Youth Congress activists.

In Gandhi Bhavan, TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy inaugurated free medical camp organised by the Women Congress wing. In the evening, birth day celebrations were held under Greater Hyderabad Congress chief Danam Nagender. Slogans ‘Sonia Gandhi Zindabad’ touched the sky given by party activists. New entrant A Revanth Reddy reached Gandhi Bhavan for the first time as a party leader with huge rally from his Jubilee Hills residence. The Gandhi Bhavan glittered with festive look on Saturday.
