Hyderabad: A delegation of Telangana Youth Congress led by its President, Mr. Anil Kumar Yadav called on Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily and expressed good wishes for his political career. The delegation also felicitated Mr. Zahid Ali Khan by offering a shawl to him.
The delegation included former MP of Secunderabad, Mr. Anjan Kumar Yadav and former Corporator of Bholakpur, Mr. Wajid Husain.
Mr. Anil Kumar Yadav told that Congress Party is likely to nominate him from Musheerabad Constituency. Mr. Yadav said that it was his desire to take the blessings of Mr. Zahid Ali Khan before his nomination is finalized.
Mr. Yadav further told that Musheerabad Assembly Constituency is the stronghold of Congress Party and no one can stop its success in that area.
It may be mentioned that as the State President for Youth Congress, Mr. Yadav had organized mass campaign against TRS on the issue of unemployment of the youths.
Mr. Yadav mentioned that TRS Govt. has failed on various fronts. He mentioned that TRS is claiming that the city roads are clean and safe but Congress has proved that there are pits on various roads. He also mentioned that during the past four years, TRS Govt. did not fulfill any of its promises. It did not provide reservations to BCs.
Citing the example of Urdu, Mr. Yadav said that TRS Govt. makes lofty claims for the progress of Urdu but in fact, Urdu is confined to State Assembly. No Govt. department is accepting applications in Urdu. People are facing a lot of inconvenience since Minority Finance Corporation has not granted adequate loans. There are more than 1 lakh applications but only 4000 applicants were granted loans.
Mr. Yadav hoped that Congress will not only get the Assembly constituency seat of Musheerabad but it will also form Govt. in the State.
