Hyderabad: On Wednesday, Congress demanded probe into alleged fraud in Minorities Welfare Dept.
According to the report published in DC, Greater Hyderabad Congress Committee Chairman, Shaik Abdullah Sohail submit a representation to CM, Mr. KCR and Dy. CM Mr. Mohammed Mahmood Ali.
Later, talking on the issue, he said that corruption and irregularities are taking place in TSMFC, TMERIS and Urdu Academy. He also alleged that a few officials are not implementing schemes properly and misusing resources for their personal benefits.
Congress leader also demanded probe into the role of Minorities Welfare Department Secretary Mr. Syed Omer Jaleel in the alleged scholarship scam.
