If Congress is a Loafers party, why KCR joined it?, asks Anjan Kumar Yadav

Taking serious exception to IT Minister KT Ramarao calling Congress as ‘Loafers’ party, former MP Anjan Kumar Yadav reminded KTR that his father and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao started his political career in Congress party.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Thursday, Yadav asked KTR how the TRS got 100 corporator seats immediately after coming to power within six months. Reminding that TRS chief KCR had stated that he would even clean Sonia Gandhi’s house if separate Telangana State was conceded, Anjan Kumar faulted Prime Minister Narendra Modi for calling former Chief Minister T Anjaiah as a Dalit. He also claimed that KCR never attended Parliament when the Congress MPs stalled proceedings in Parliament during Telangana movement.

Finding fault with KTR for terming Rahul Gandhi as ‘Pappu’, Yadav termed KTR as impotent. The Congress leaders staged a rasta roko at Nampally and burnt an effigy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, the police dispersed the Congress activists and cleared traffic jam. (NSS)
