Conspiracies are being hatched against J&K: Farooq Abdullah

J&K: President of National Conference and MP, Dr. Farooq Abdullah claimed that conspiracies are being hatched against Jammu and Kashmir from all corners and the Muslims of the country are apprehensive of protection.

He also said that the communal trends are on the increase which is the great concern for the people.

He expressed these thoughts while addressing a gathering of devotees who had assembled at Baba Nagri in Ganderbal District on the occasion of annual Urs.

Dr. Abdullah was of the opinion that J&K is passing through a difficult phase. Networks of conspiracies are being hatched from everywhere.

Present on this occasion were Miyan Basheer Ahmed and senior leader of National Conference, Miyan Altaf Ahmed.

Dr. Abdullah further said that Allah (SWT) Himself guaranteed to protect the grandeur of Islam forever. He told that Islam laid down the foundation for a just judiciary and equality. Islam put an end to the discrimination of blacks and whites.

He reiterated that anyone who follows Allah (SWT) and Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), he would never face any difficulties.

He thanked the people of Kashmir and especially, Miyan Altaf Ahmed for supporting National Conference in the recently held parliamentary elections. He cautioned that the greatest test is likely to come wherein wealth will be spent for horse-trading.

He prayed for the people and tranquility of the Kashmir and for the health of Miyan Basheer Ahmed.
