Hyderabad: On the occasion of 108th birthday of famous Urdu poet, Makhdoom Mohiuddin, leaders of CPI paid homage to him. CPI workers assembled at the statue of Makhdoom Mohiuddin at Tank Bund yesterday and garlanded it. Present on this occasion were Mr. Syed Aziz Pasha, former CPI MP of Rajya Sabha, Dr. Sudhakar Reddy, General Secretary of CPI and many other workers.
It may be noted that late Makhdoom Mohiuddin was a labour leader who was equally popular among the Labourers and Urdu lovers. His Urdu Poems constituted masterpieces of Urdu Literature.
