Hyderabad: Nizamabad BJP Lok Sabha candidate Dharmapuri Arvind today expressed doubts over increase in poll percentage in his constituency. He met with CEO Rajat Kumar in Secretariat here and complained about working of EVMs and hike in poll percentage.
Speaking to mediapersons later, Arvind said he strongly suspects something fishy in the increase of poll percentage in Nizamabad consituency. “The EVMs were shifted to strong rooms after delay. I urged the EC to recount the voting machines if they cause any problem. Rajat Kumar said Central forces were guarding the machines. I have demanded that the CEO clarify on two-day in removing unused EVMS kept outside and the Collector said they were seized. Arvind also said Rajat Kumar agreed to give details and clarification under RTI Act.
