Dattanna alights Metro train in the middle in protest

Hyderabad: Former Union minister and BJP leader Bandaru Dattatraya today expressed his unhappiness over the Hyderabad Metro Rail authorities failing to put Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s picture on the inaugural LB Nagar-Ameerpet Metro train and got down from the train at MGBS station in protest.

Governor ESL Narasimhan flagged off the train at Ameerpet. The Governor, Home Minister Nayini Narsimha Reddy, MA&UD Minister K Taraka Ramarao, Talasani Srinivas Reddy, Dattatraya and others boarded the train. But Dattatraya got down from the train at MGBS as a protest against the authorities not displaying photo of Narendra Modi. Later, the Governor and the ministers inspected the MGBS Inter-change station and the train left for L B Nagar.
