Jabalpur: In yet another sorrowful incident, a 20-year-old college student attempted to commit suicide after BJP leader allegedly humiliated her father. This incident took place in Madhya Pradesh.
According to the report published in NDTV, girl student attempted to commit suicide on Saturday after watching the video in the college. In the video which went viral, her father can be seen bending down with a bottle of water on his back. The head of Jabalpur’s BJP minority cell, Mohammed Shafique alias Heera had allegedly forced him to do so. Later, three videos went viral on WhatsApp.

The girl was shifted to hospital and is recovering. According to her mother, she attempted suicide after watching the video of the incident in her college. She further asked the police to take stern action against the persons involved in it.
Talking about what happened on Monday, she said that her husband was held captive for hours near Raddi Chowki area. Later video was circulated, she added.
Meanwhile, Mr. K.K. Mishra, Congress Chief Spokesman has demanded stern action against the BJP leader. On the other hand, Mr. Rahul Kothari, Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha and BJP Spokesperson told that action will be taken after finding the details.
Talking about the case, Investigating Officer, Mr. Rameshwar Rajbhar told that investigations are going on. He also assured that action will be taken as per evidence.
