Defeat hereditary political parties: PM

Hyderabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today called upon people to defeat political parties, which were encouraging dynastic and family rule in various parts of the country.

Addressing an election meeting at L B stadium, Prime Minister Modi said the Congress, TDP, TRS and MIM parties are controlled by their family members which is dangerous for the democracy.

Taking a dig at KCR, Modi said youth have sacrificed their lives for a better and bright future and not to loot the state by family members of KCR. He said even MIM is control by one family members and top posts are held by one family. Without taking name of A P chief minister Chandrababu Naidu, he said NTR had floated TDP to protect self-respect of Telugu people and against Congress policies. But Chandrababu Naidu, who is TDP national president, forged an alliance with Congress and working with Rahul Gandhi, whose father had insulted Telugu people. He said Chandrababu Naidu has established ties with Congress party for his selfish political designs and for lust for power.

Modi said BJP the was the only party which was not affected by family or dynastic rule and his party follows democracy at every level. In the public meeting, State BJP leaders, including State party chief Dr K Laxman and former party MLAs were also present.
