New Delhi: Dilip Kumar is recovering and he has been shifted home. His family friend Faisal Farooqui has tweeted “Dilip Kumar is much better and at home.” The veteran Bollywood actor was diagnosed with mild pneumonia and was undergoing treatment at Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital. Dilip Kumar who is 95 has been in and out of the hospital for the past few years. Recently he was admitted to the hospital on the complaint of breathlessness and was diagnosed with mild pneumonia.
Dilip Kumar’s wife Saira Banu had also confirmed the news previously saying “He is doing better now. The medical reports are saying a small patch of pneumonia is there. God willing, he will be out of it soon. But he is doing fine.”
Home Minister Rajnath Singh also enquired about Dilip Kumar’s health earlier this week.
