Hyderabad: Metropolitan Magistrate Nampally Criminal Court granted bail to Secretary (DJS) Advocate Sk Saifullah Khaled on Thursday. He was released on Thursday night. Osmania University police had arrested him on February 19 and had remanded him to judicial custody.
Advocates of Nampally Metropolitan Criminal Court successfully followed his case in the court.
Several members of the Darsgah Jihad-o-Shahadat including President M A Majid greeted him. Following his release Khaled told media that police had implicated him in false allegations. He also told that Moghalpura police also arrested him in case registered in 2009 and declared him absconding for the past 8 years, while he has been continuing his practice in the court.
He further told that police has been targeting Muslim youth in planned manner and he too was targeted. He thanked advocate Raj Reddy, advocate M A Azeem, advocate Ghulam Rabbani and advocates of Metropolitan Bar Association.
