Drunken driving in Hyderabad: Girl claiming IAS Officer’s daughter creates ruckus

Hyderabad: Hyderabad City Traffic Police stopped a car at road number 36, Jubilee Hills as part of its campaign against “drunk and drive”.

However, when the cop made an attempt to conduct a breath test of the girl through the analyzer, she refused to cooperate. The girl who got irritated threatened the police by claiming that she is the daughter of an IAS Officer.

Following the ruckus, a complaint was lodged and the girl was brought to Jubilee Hills traffic police station. Later, police conducted a breath test of the girl. The result of the test confirmed that the girl was in a drunken condition.

The girl is identified as B. Gitanjali (28).
