Du-ba-Du for Quresh community: Avoid unnecessary expenses in wedding, say guests

Hyderabad: Siasat Urdu Daily and Minorities Development Forum organized Du-ba-Du Program in collaboration with National Central committee of Jamiatul Quresh Sheep and Goat at Royal Regency Garden Function Hall, Asif Nagar for the boys and girls of Quresh Community on Saturday, 6th January. Mr. Mohammed Abdus Sattar Chand Qureshi, former President of Jamaitul Quresh and Faisal bin Ali Al-Quaiti were the guests of honour. Mr. Abid Siddiqui, President of MDF presided over the function.

Mr. Chand Qureshi told that the issue of marriage is becoming serious among the Muslim community. In such a situation, the services offered by Siasat and MDF are laudable. He congratulated Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily and Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily.

Mr. Almas Sharfuddin told that Islam has ordered the Muslims to perform Nikah and formulated its rules. Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) has ordered to prefer religiosity of the boy and girl in marriages.

Mr. Abid Siddiqui told that it is the first program which has been organized for Quresh community. He hoped that the outcome of this program would be good. He advised the parents and guardians of boys and girls to avoid unnecessary expenses in marriages.

He told the members of Jamiatul Quresh to follow the will of Allah (SWT) and Prophet (PBUH) in order to serve the community.

Mr. Mohammed Saleem Qureshi, coordinator proposed the vote of thanks. Mr. Syed Khalid Mohiuddin Asad, coordinator of MDF welcomed parents and guardians. Present on this occasion were Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily, Mr. Arif Qureshi, Mohammed Amjad Qureshi, Hadi Qureshi, Mohammed Yaseen, Mr. Jahangir Qureshi and others.

In all, 26 registrations of Quresh Community were made. In General category, 54 registrations were made which include 37 girls. 10 counters were set up for counseling. Mr. Anwaruddin, Mr. Zahed Farooqui, Ms. Kauser Jahan, Dr. Nazim Ali, Dr. Siyadath Ali and others guided the parents and guardians. Ms. Shameem Begum monitored the arrangements. Syed Khalid Mohiuddin Asad congratulated Jamiatul Quresh and thanked Mr. Faisal bin Ali Al Quati and Amjad Husain, Proprietors of Royal Regency Garden.
