When the moon of Rajab was sighted, Prophet Peace Be Upon Him used to ask his companions to recite this dua.
Allahumma barik lana fi Rajab wa Sha’ban wa ballighna Ramadan.
The translation of this dua is “O Allah make the months of Rajab and Sha’ban blessed for us and let us reach the month of Ramadan.”
