Abu Dhabi: An Indian working in UAE is reportedly missing for the past three months according to a report published in Khaleej Times.
The family of the missing Indian Abdul Latheef (38) has reportedly gone missing before the month of Ramadan according to his relatives who are now seeking public’s help to locate him.
Abdul Lateef a native of Kerala’s Kannur district was working a small-time job in Dubai for the past one year his family relative Rahim said.
“Abdul Latheef is my sister’s husband. He has been missing since May 16. Initially, we searched among our known contacts, then followed up with authorities and also sought help from community groups,” Rahim said.
“We even went to the extent of searching hospitals and mortuaries. I search for him whenever I could. I am constantly in touch with my friend for any information on him. So far we haven’t had any success,” Rahim added who stays in the outskirts of Abu Dhabi.
He further added, “His four-year-old daughter and wife back in Kerala are eagerly waiting to hear news of his safe return. Now we are counting on public support to find Latheef. Those who might have seen him or have any information can call Rahim at 0507112435.”
