Hyderabad: Every year, exhibition is held in Hyderabad in January. This year, it is the 79th exhibition.
Dubai Shopping Festival is also being organized on the lines of All India Industrial Exhibition of Hyderabad. The people of Hyderabad used to wait for this exhibition eagerly. In the same manner, Hyderabadi people residing in Dubai also wait for Dubai Shopping Festival impatiently.
Due to the advancement in Civil Aviation Sector, the people of Hyderabad are giving preference to Dubai Shopping Festival than the exhibition of their city.
It may be mentioned that Dubai Shopping Festival is held from 26th December to 26th January every year. A lot of Hyderabadis are visiting this festival. It is also reported that after the real estate boom in Dubai in 2005, the participation of Hyderabadis has increased.

It may be mentioned that no tax is leaved in Dubai Shopping Festival on the purchase of gold and diamond jewelry, perfumes, leather garments and other articles.
It is also reported that many Indians have invested in real estate secretor in Dubai, most of them are from Hyderabad.
In Dubai Shopping Festival, Hyderabadi Biryani and other dishes are easily available.
In order to meet the heavy traffic of passengers, everyday 10 flights are being arranged from Hyderabad to Dubai.
