Hyderabad: Ahead of the Assembly polls on December 7, the Election Commission today gave permission to six songs to the TRS ruling party for its political campaign in Telangana districts.
Earlier, the leadership sought permission of the Election Commission for the campaign and six songs which include two songs penned by none other than TRS Supremo and Caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. With this, the ruling party will intensify its second phase campaigning.
CEO Rajat Kumar today accorded permission for the ruling party for six songs to be aired as part of its campaigning. The party leadership has prepared the songs with a focus on the welfare schemes, development programs taken up during the four-and-a- half years of the TRS regime.
