Hyderabad: Election Commissioner of India Ashok Lavasa on July 11 visited ECIL along with Deputy Election Commissioner Sudeep Jain to review the position on production of EVMs and VVPATs at ECIL and issued suitable instructions to the concerned officials.
The Election Commissioner reviewed with Chief Electoral Officer of Telangana Rajat Kumar and the CEO of Andhra Pradesh R.P Sisodia on preparedness of both the States for the ensuing general elections for Assembly and Lok Sabha. DEO, Hyderabad Commissioner, GHMC DEO, Medchal-Malkajigiri and other officials attended the review meeting. (NSS)
