Hyderabad: Dy. CM of TS, incharge of Education, Mr. K. Sri Hari conducted video conference at Secretariat on 28th February through which he contacted District Collectors, SPs and DEOs and reviewed the arrangements in connection with X class and Intermediate examinations in their districts.
He instructed the police not to allow candidates to carry cellphones to examination halls. He also instructed the transport authorities to make arrangement for public bus service to help candidates reach exam centers on time.
He told the Center Incharges to arrange drinking water facilities in examination halls since summer has ushered in. Instructions have also been issued to the police to close down all the Xerox shops in the vicinity of the examination centers.
Mr. Ashok Kumar, Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, Mr. Kishan, Director, Dept. of Education, Ms. Shikha Goyal, IG issued instructions to respective officials for the smooth conduct of the examination.
Present in this videoconference were officials of the Departments of Education, Police, Transport etc.
