Experience with the following RightNow components:
Customer Portal
Agent Desktop Work spaces
Agent Scripting
Chat Integration
CTI Integration
Knowledge Base
Business Rules
Analytics
Incident Management
SSO Integration
RightNow Connect – (Data Integration, SOA based integration using Web Services, Desktop Integration)
Ability to implement the most advanced product features
Development experience in
Net, PHP, HTML, Java, C# and JavaScript
Thorough knowledge of system and application design
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills needs analysis, positioning, business justification
Advice on the best practices for application implementation
Be an extremely quick learner and thinker.
Have Excellent Troubleshooting Acumen and problem solving abilities
Should be a team player and must have good inter personal skills.
Good logical and reasoning skills.
Willingness to work in a 24X7 production support environment
