Hyderabad: Govt. of Telangana has formed an expert committee in Real Estate Sector to encourage the builders in giving them various facilities.
It may be noted that Real Estate Owners had made representations to the Govt. for relaxing certain conditions. Govt. constituted an expert committee to review their demands. They had demanded that building plan should be issued direct from HMDA, to end the ceiling of building levels in Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills areas, transfer of two meter setback and construction of multiplexes at important junctions.
Commissioner of GHMC will be the convener of the Experts Committee. Its members include Commissioner of HMDA, MD of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Board, Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration and Commissioner of Hyderabad City Police. This committee will submit its report with recommendations to the Govt. within three months.
