New Delhi: A picture of newly married Bollywood couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone campaigning for BJP is doing internet rounds where the couple can be seen sporting BJP scarves which reads as “Vote for BJP N Modi”.
The text accompanying the image also said “कमल का बटन दबाकर देश की तरक्की में भागीदार बनें” Press the lotus button, become a part of the nation’s progress.
Well, we are living in times where photoshopped images are hugely made viral leading to unnecessary anti-social, evil activities in the nation and around the globe.
The picture was shared on a Facebook page Ek Bihari 100 Pe Bhari. Surprisingly the page has a following of a little over 36,000 and this particular post was over 4,000 times and was also posted on the group Main Bhi Chowkidar.
The similar post by an individual user has garnered over 2,600 shares.
The couple’s picture dates back to November 30, 2018 when the couple had visited the Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai.

The duo had indeed worn plain saffron scarves and this image was then photoshopped.
