Noida: In a disgusting incident reported, a father was arrested for raping his 13-year-old daughter in Dadri area of Gautam Buddh Nagar on Monday.
According to reports, the accused aged 40 was arrested after his wife filed a complaint against him in Dadri PS on Sunday, DC reported.
The police said that the couple quarrelled most of the times over domestic issues and where going through a troubled marriage.
“On the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, the man took his daughter outside home while the mother was asleep. After reaching some distance, he raped her at an isolated spot,” the police official said reporting on crime.
While the victim was sent for medical examination, the Police has arrested the accused and registered a case against him under IPC 376 and POCSO Act.
