Ujjain: An FIR has been registered against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Chintamani Malviya for allegedly misbehaving with the police while visiting Mahakal Temple here on Friday.
Malviya allegedly misbehaved with policemen while trying to enter in the temple premises through VVIP gate during the visit of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
A case in lieu of the incident was registered at Mahakal police station under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 294, 353, 147, 186, 149, 188, 189 and 504 and Mahakal Temple Act 1982 section 37.
