Hyderabad: Police arrested cigarette trader, Razak Esani a resident of Habeeb Nagar and Krishna Kumar Singh, an auto driver. Police also seized 11 cartons of foreign cigarettes.
The owner of the courier company, Pawan is reported to be absconding. Police handed over Razak and Singh to Kacheguda Police Station for taking further action.
