Hyderabad: Former MP Jalagam Kondal Rao today passed away at his residence here. He has been ailing for some time. He was brother of former chief minister Jalagam Vengala Rao. Kondal Rao was elected to Lok Sabha in 1977 and 1980 from Khammam segment.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao expressed grief at the demise of Kondal Rao. KCR extended his sympathies to the bereaved family members. MLAs, MPs and other leaders also condoled the death of the former MP.
