Free Balochistan Movement to stage protests against Pak, Iranian terror

New York: The Free Balochistan Movement (FBM) will organise a protest demonstration on September 24 during the 73rd United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York City against Pakistani and Iranian terrorism in Balochistan.

On September 24, Monday, the UNGA will hold a high-level plenary meeting on global peace in honor of the centenary of the birth of Nelson Mandela, known as the Nelson Mandela Peace Summit. The plenary will adopt a political declaration negotiated by the member states.

The FBM, however, will protest outside the UN headquarters on the same day to expose Pakistani and Iranian state terrorism against Baloch people and the involvement of both fundamentalist Jihadist states in crimes against humanity in Balochistan.

FBM activists will also highlight the China-Pakistan nexus, wherein both states are involved in the exploitation of Balochistan’s natural resources in the name of China Pakistan Economic Corridor.
