Jeddah: As part of the 150th Year of Mahatma Gandhi’s birth celebrations, the Consulate General of India, Jeddah, in association with Saudi Indian Business Network (SIBN) organized an exclusive Khadi Products Exhibition at Consulate Premises on 2nd October, 2018.
The Exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Mohd Shahid Alam, Deputy Consul General & Consul (Haj) along with other Consuls. A large number of people from Saudi Community, Indian Community and media were present during the inauguration.
Samples of Khadi Products, including Khadi Women wear, Khadi Men wear, Khadi Cotton Clothes, Khadi Silk Clothes, Khadi Woolen Clothes, Natural Cosmetics, Soaps etc., which were recieved from Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC), were displayed for promotion. The exhibition was attended by a large number of attendents throughout the day.
