Hyderabad: Garbage remains uncleared on the road leading to Makkah Masjid from Muhajirin camp which has made walking on the way bothersome for the devotees. While the devotees are changing routes, the people residing on the rear side of the Makkah Masjid are in very pathetic condition because despite repeated complaints GHMC has done noting in this regard.
GHMC officials have to say that due to Charminar Pedestrian Project undergoing at Lad Bazar the garbage vehicle has no way to reach the place. However GHMC should ensure garbage clearance with the help of labours as the uncleared garbage poses threat to the health of the people residing nearby. City is already in the grip of viral fevers. In this situation the pile of garbage will serve as breeding ground of bacteria.
