Jaipur:Former chief minister Ashok Gehlot today opposed the fuel price hike saying the NDA government should refrain from doing so in public interest.
“After all turmoil n troubles of demonit, atlst NDA mst refrain frm hiking fuel prices.There seems no end to ppl’s suffering undr Modi regime (sic),” Gehlot tweeted.
“The Modi government has again hiked petrol and diesel prices putting more burden on the common man, ” he said.
After demonetisation, people expect some relief but it is opposite that is happening. Increase in fuel prices has a cascading effect on all commodities,” the former chief minister said.
