Getting up early in the morning will discipline youths – Amer Ali Khan

Hyderabad: It is important for the younger generation to have sportsmen spirit and team spirit. These days, children are confined to their houses for education. They need sport and games for the development of their bodies and minds. These thoughts were expressed by Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily while inaugurating Imran Pratapgarhi Badminton Tournament 2018 at Prince Garden Function Hall, Jagtiyal.

It may be mentioned that Mr. Syed Jameel Ahmed, President, Eidgah Committee is organizing this tournament. 40 inter-district teams are participating in it. Winner team will get Rs. 10000 whereas the runner team will be eligible for Rs. 5000 prize with trophies.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Amer Ali Khan told that the inculcation of the habit of getting up early in the morning is essential for the younger generation for promoting sports and games. He lamented that these days it has become a fashion to be awake late till nights. Today, youths need discipline. He offered help from Siasat Urdu Daily.

Mr. T. Jeevan Reddy, MLA applauded the efforts of the organizers of the tournament and congratulated Mr. Amer Ali Khan for participating in the function. He said that equal attention should be paid to games and sport along with education. He expressed anxiety that Central and State Govt. are neglecting sports. He appreciated the poems of Imran Pratapgarhi which influence the common man. He also applauded the efforts of Siasat Urdu Daily.

Present on this occasion were: former Chairman of Municipalty, Mr. G. Naga Bhushanam, Vice Chairman, Mr. Sirajuddin Mansoor, Counsellors, Mr. Muneeruddin Munna, Abdul Bari, Khaja Kamaluddin and others.
