GHMC: Increasing Heat wave across state, avoid afternoon ventures

Hyderabad: This summer soaring temperatures are breaking records according to the recently released data from the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).

State citizens are advised to avoid the scorching sun or take precautionary measures to avoid ill health, sunstrokes.

According to the data, the temperatures in Adilabad have already soared to 45.3 degree Celsius.

Whereas the other parts of the state have recorded a steady rise in temperatures.

Nizamabad district recorded 43.8 degrees, Nalgonda recorded 43.2 degrees, Badrachalam: 42.6 degrees, Ramagundam: 42.6, Medak: 42.8 degrees, Hanamkonda: 41.4 degrees while Hyderabad has recorded 40.8 degrees.

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has also issued an advisory, asking citizens of the state capital to protect themselves from the heat and avoid the sun in the afternoon.
