Indore: In yet another alarming incident, BJP MLAs son has been caught live on camera assaulting a government official on duty with a cricket bat in broad daylight in Madhya Pradesh today.
The assaulter is Akash Vijayvargiya, son of senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Kailash Vijayvargiya, TN news reports.
Using his father’s political influence, Akash boldly thrashes the local municipal corporation officer as the officers were in the area for an anti-encroachment drive.
Other BJP supporters can be seen hitting other civic officials trying to chase them away.
Adding to the shameful act, he further brazenly defended his act and said that he will continue doing it to end corruption.
“This is just the beginning, we will end this corruption and goondaism. ‘Aavedan, nivedan aur fir dana dan’ this is our line of action,” he told reporters, according to ANI.
