Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan, Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao and other dignitaries will pay floral tributes to Father of the National Mahatma Gandhi at Bapu Ghat on the eve of Gandhi Vardhanti on Tuesday.
The State Government has also issued instructions to all District Collectors, Police Superintendants and Police Commissioners to make arrangements for observance of two-minute silence at 11 am on Tuesday in the memory of Mahatma Gandhi. Vehicular traffic on all roads will also be stopped for two minutes. (INN)
