Hyderabad: Joint Action Committee of Govt. employees, teachers and workers have decided to stage “Maha Dharna” today at Indira Park to pressurize their demands for the payment of pay revision arrears etc., which have been pending for a long time.
It is expected that thousands of Govt. employees, teachers and workers would participate in this dharna. Meanwhile, Telangana Govt. Pensioners’ Association has extended its support and declared that they would also participate in the program.
Mr. K. Kumareli, President, Mr. Mohammed Abdul Majeed, Co-President and Mr. Mohammed Husain, Joint Secretary of Telangana Govt. Pensioners’ Association told that in the proposed dharna program their association would also present their demands. These leaders told the Govt. to ensure the implementation of the recommendation of 10th Pay Revision Commission immediately.
