Govt. responsible for killings in the name of cow slaughter: Hindu spiritual leaders

New Delhi: Art of Living supremo Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and President Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Maha Sabha Swami Chakrapani spoke to each other and decided to convene a meeting to discuss killings in the name of cow slaughter. Strongly condemning the Hapur incident in which Muslim was lynched by a mob, Swami Chakrapani said if such elements continue to do whatever they want in the name of religion the integrity of the county will be at stake.

Swami Chakrapani talked to Sri Sri on phone and discussed issues like Gau Raksha, Ayodhya issue and preservation of Ganga. They agreed to call a meeting of all religious leaders. They expressed concern over communalisation in the country and said Muslims are killed in the name of cow somewhere their beard is pulled. Someone asks all Muslims to become Hindu someone asks all to become Muslims; how long will it continue? He asked.
