Govt will Work with ICC for growth: KTR

Hyderabad: IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao today said that the government will work in tandem with Indian Chamber of Commerce. He attended an open session of ICC Southern Regional Council at Park Hayat Hotel in which T Rajiv Reddy has taken over as its Chairman.

On the occasion the minister said that in two decades industry and business has grown up to a significant extent and saw revolutionary changes. The Telangana Government has clinched number one position at national level in Ease of doing business, he claimed. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has come up with unique schemes for development of professional communities. He said that providing jobs and employment to the deserving people and youth is important rather than number of industries and companies existing and those coming up with investments. He assured all support to the new companies and businesses and those existing for expansion.
‘Our new industrial policy is first of its kind in the country offering all permissions in 15 days to new industries and companies coming up with investments in the state’, the minister said adding that industries are being revived with industrial health clinics and state got second position in solar power production in the country. He portrayed Hyderabad as favourite destination for investments and one can take ideal Germany in production sector.(NSS)
