Educational Qualification and Experience:
| DGM (Technical) –> | Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture. Minimum 15 years post qualification experience. |
| DGM (Technical – IT) –> | Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks in the discipline of Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology. Minimum 15 years post qualification experience. |
| Deputy Manager (Corporate Communication) –> | Full Time Graduate with 2 years full time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma with First Class or 60% overall marks in Mass Communication / Advertising / Journalism / Public Relations. 05 Years experience. |
| Junior Manager (Official Language) –> | Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level. OR Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level. OR equivalent qualification. Minimum 08 years experience. |
