“Gujarat Behind the Curtain” to be launched in Urdu and Hindi tomorrow

New Delhi: The launch of Urdu and Hindi editions of the book “Gujarat Behind the Curtain” penned by an eye-witness and a former top Gujarat police officer R.B. Sreekumar to be held on 13 April at 4 pm in India Women Press Club at New Delhi.

The book is considered to be the most authentic source of Gujarat riots of 2002. Sreekumar who was the then Additional Director General of Intelligence in Gujarat during the riots, speaks in this book against the policies of Gujarat’s Modi government and BJP policies, for which he was also penalised.

The author will be attending the function along with Professor Apoorvanad, journalists Manisha Bhalla and Masoom Moradabadi, human rights activist Ovais Sultan Khan and Delhi Minorities Commission Chairman Dr Zafarul-Islam Khan.
