Have no differences with any leader: VH

Hyderabad: Congress senior leader V Hanumanth Rao has made it clear that he would extend his support to candidates, whoever it may be, contesting from Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency. He also said he had left the Greater Hyderabad Congress party review meeting on Monday at Indira Bhavan as he had to participate in a Round Table meeting. “I have no differences with any one”, he clarified. He also bemoaned there was no freedom for the people to speak freely.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan today, VH asked China Jeeyar Swami as to why he was not speaking on the externment of Sri Peetam chief Swamy Paripoornananda from Hyderabad city. “The police were arresting everyone in the name of Law and Order. Why Swamis are afraid of the Chief Minister and why the Governor was keeping silent on the banishment of Swamy Paripoornananda?”, he asked. There was no value for the MLAs and ministers under KCR’s rule, he lamented

VH also faulted the police for arresting BJP leaders, who tried to meet Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao at Pragathi Bhavan. He felt that all parties should organise a ‘Chalo Pragathi Bhavan’ rally”. (NSS)
